- Responsible for Group Financial Consolidation, including consolidation of financial statements of domestic and foreign subsidiaries, associates, and other group entities.
- Handle consolidation of foreign companies, including review of financial information, foreign currency translation, inter-company eliminations, and consolidation adjustments in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Prepare and review Standalone Financial Statements in compliance with applicable Ind AS / Accounting Standards, Companies Act, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the preparation and finalization of Annual Reports, including financial statements, notes to accounts, management disclosures, and other statutory/regulatory reporting requirements.




- Prepare and review SEBI-compliant quarterly financial results for listed companies, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission to stock exchanges.
- Coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, Secretarial teams, Finance teams, and other stakeholders during quarterly and annual reporting cycles.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, Companies Act, Stock Exchange, and other applicable regulatory requirements relating to financial reporting and disclosures.
- Review financial data and disclosures to ensure consistency between quarterly results, annual financial statements, and Annual Reports.
