- Installation & Commissioning:
- Install and commission pharmaceutical equipment at client locations.
- Conduct machine trials, validations (IQ/OQ/PQ), and ensure smooth handover.
- FAT:
- Conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) at vendor sites as per customer specifications and company standards.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and recommend corrective actions.
- Customer Support and Service:
- Provide in office and remote support for technical issues.
- Train customer personnel on machine operation, cleaning, and maintenance.
- Operator training at site
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain service logs, prepare visit reports according to site visit.
- Assist with documentation required for regulatory audits and compliance (GMP/USFDA/EU standards).
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Travel:
- Willingness and readiness to travel for site visits.
- Feedback & Collaboration:
- Communicate customer feedback to design and production teams for product improvement.
- Send message in group for daily sites allocation.
- Call to customers for machine feedback.
- On call problem solutions.
- Maintain Sheets (Travel allowance sheet, daily call register, daily work report, Service Report, Installation Report)
