Job Requirements :

- 5-10 years of experience in health insurance industry or related field (insurance sales/service).
- Proven track record of success in leading teams or managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of health insurance products, services, and regulations; ability to communicate effectively with customers about complex topics.
- Excellent team handling, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to build robust relationships with colleagues at all levels.
