Qualification: BE (Civil) - Full time
Position: Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the institutional project from initiation to completion on behalf of the PMC.
- Lead overall project planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring and closure.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
- Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site reviews, progress meetings and issue resolution.
- Review and approve designs, drawings, BOQs, and technical submissions.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
- Prepare and present progress reports, MIS, documentation and communication updates.
- Ensure effective risk management, change management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Drive team leadership, mentor site staff, and ensure high productivity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
