Job profile & responsibilities:

- Find customers: Conduct B2B market research using Google advanced search, LinkedIn, phone calling, and emails to identify buyers (R&D; labs, API manufacturers, formulation companies).
- Inquiry & quotation: Generate sales inquiries, submit price quotes, and follow up closely to secure commercial orders.
- CRM data management: Maintain, update, and track all sales data and customer communication in our corporate computer tracking system (CRM).
- Team collaboration: Coordinate efficiently with shipping, stock management, and finance teams to ensure smooth and timely order deliveries.
- Exhibition representation: Learn to represent the company at premier domestic pharmaceutical exhibitions (such as CPHI India, PharmaTech Expo, iPHEX, etc.). Responsibilities include pre-event client meeting scheduling, in office B2B networking, and post-event lead follow-ups.
