Sahana System Limited is an India-based IT solutions and technology services company delivering enterprise consulting, IT staffing, digital engineering, and emerging technology solutions to clients across industries. As part of our continued investment in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Vision capabilities, we are building a dedicated Computer Vision engineering team based out of Ahmedabad.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking to onboard 10 Computer Vision AI Developers to design, build, and deploy computer vision models and pipelines for real-world applications. This is an opportunity to work on end-to-end CV projects from data collection and annotation through model development, optimization, and production deployment across domains such as surveillance, manufacturing quality inspection, retail analytics, defence-tech, or smart infrastructure, depending on client engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design, develop, and fine-tune computer vision models for tasks such as object detection, image classification,

segmentation, tracking, and OCR.

- Build and maintain end-to-end CV pipelines, including data ingestion, pre-processing, augmentation,

annotation workflows, and model training.

- Optimize models for accuracy, latency, and resource efficiency for deployment on cloud, edge, or embedded

devices.

- Work with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, OpenCV) to implement and experiment

with state-of-the-art architectures (CNNs, YOLO, Faster R-CNN, ViT, U-Net, etc.).

- Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to integrate CV models into production applications via

APIs and microservices.

- Conduct model evaluation, error analysis, and continuous performance monitoring; iterate based on real

world feedback.

- Deploy and manage models using MLOps practices, including versioning, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD

pipelines.

- Document technical designs, experiments, and results; contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and best





practices.• Stay current with advances in computer vision, deep learning, and generative AI, and evaluate their

applicability to client projects.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python; working knowledge of C++ is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with computer vision libraries and frameworks:

OpenCV, PyTorch / TensorFlow, Keras

YOLO, Detectron2, MMDetection, or similar object detection frameworks

- Solid understanding of deep learning fundamentals, CNN architectures, and image processing techniques.
- Experience with model deployment tools such as Docker, Flask/FastAPI, ONNX, TensorRT, or similar.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and/or edge deployment (NVIDIA Jetson, Raspberry Pi).
- Experience with data annotation tools (CVAT, LabelImg, Labelbox) and dataset management.
- Working knowledge of version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.

GOOD TO HAVE

- Exposure to video analytics, multi-object tracking, or 3D vision (depth estimation, point clouds).
- Experience with generative AI / vision-language models (e.g., diffusion models, CLIP, multimodal LLMs).
- Prior experience in domains such as manufacturing, surveillance/security, retail, healthcare imaging, or defence technology.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Airflow.
- Publications, open-source contributions, or Kaggle competition experience in computer vision.
