Role & responsibilities:

- Operate production machines and equipment as per approved work instructions and SOPs.
- Set up, adjust, and monitor machines to ensure effective production operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene requirements within the manufacturing area.
- Report machine breakdowns, deviations, and non-conformities to supervisors.
- Assist technicians and maintenance teams during machine repairs and changeovers.
- Follow established safety procedures and wear required PPE.

Required Qualifications:

- Diploma / ITI / Technical Certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Chemical Etc.

Work Experience:

- 0-4 years of experience as a Machine Operator in Medical Devices, or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industries.

Required Skills:

- Understanding of machine operations and production processes.
- Ability to read and understand SOPs and production documents.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts timing (3 shift) and meet production targets.
- Ready to work at site (Matoda, Ahmedabad).
