Eligibility Education Criteria

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Industrial Automation, Sensor Applications, or Technical Support.
- Freshers with strong technical aptitude and passion for Industrial Automation / Sensors are also encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to travel across India for customer trials, demonstrations, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

- Application Model Selection: Understand industrial customer requirements and recommend the most suitable sensor models and automation solutions.
- Cross-Referencing: Identify equivalent and alternative sensor models against competitor products to create cost-effective solutions.
- Testing Commissioning: Conduct in-house testing,



application trials, product demonstrations, in office installation, and commissioning support.
- Sales Support: Partner with the sales team during technical discussions, customer queries, solution proposals, and product presentations.
- Documentation Training: Develop application notes, product comparison sheets, technical documents, and deliver technical training for channel partners and internal teams.
- Manufacturer Coordination: Coordinate directly with principals and component manufacturers for advanced technical and application guidance.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve customer complaints, field issues, and application-level technical problems.
- Market Insights: Monitor advancements in sensing technologies, industrial automation trends, and competitor product lines.

Key Skills Competencies

- Strong understanding of industrial sensors: Proximity, Photoelectric, Inductive, Capacitive, Magnetic, Ultrasonic, Temperature, Pressure Sensors, and Encoders.
- Basic understanding of PLCs, control systems, and electrical circuits.
- Sharp troubleshooting, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
