About the Role.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and a good understanding of sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, and candidate management.

Experience in the EdTech/Education industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :-

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions as required.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements.
- Maintain and update candidate information, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.




- Ensure timely closure of open positions and achieve recruitment targets.
- Support background verification, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Requirements:-

- 2 - 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; HR specialization will be an added advantage.
- Strong experience in candidate sourcing and screening.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.
- EdTech/Education industry experience is preferred.
