Reporting to the Manager and Director & working across all functions of the business. Primary job responsibilities include:

1. Managing and maintaining ongoing client relationships, ensuring timely and professional communication at all times.
2. Preparing and supporting bookkeeping, VAT compliance, year end accounts, and tax return filings in accordance with applicable regulations and internal procedures.
3. Drafting skilled correspondence, including letters, emails, and client documentation, and supporting paperless office administration and digital record management.
4. Assisting in payroll processing, HR-related accounting tasks, and other finance-related assignments as required.
5. Participating in training, skill development, and professional development programmes as directed by the Company.
6. Communicating with clients via telephone, email, and virtual meetings to provide updates, gather information, and support service delivery.
7. Undertaking such additional duties or responsibilities as may reasonably be assigned from time to time in line with the Employees role and business requirements.
