The opportunity: Senior Consultant-National-Tech Consulting-CNS - TC - AI and Data - Kolkata.
Your key responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Scrum teams to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
- Drive requirements workshops, user story creation, process modelling, and backlog prioritisation.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Pega solutions aligned with enterprise objectives.
- Collaborate with architects and development teams during solution design and implementation.
- Support end-to-end delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ensure adoption of Pega best practices, governance standards, and BPM principles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
Experience
- Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA).
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years of hands-on Pega project experience.
- Solid experience in Banking and Financial Services domain.
- Deep understanding of Pega Case Management, Pega capabilities, implementation best practices, and common challenges.
- Experience with Pega Blueprint, Constellation, GenAI, and other latest Pega platform features.
- Strong BPM and business process analysis skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
