Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Azure Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading backend development initiatives, designing scalable microservices, and driving cloud-native application development on Azure.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design,



development, and deployment of enterprise-grade backend applications.
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Architect and develop cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Drive best practices for coding, code reviews, CI/CD, and DevOps adoption.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Participate in solution architecture and technology decision-making.
