Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of recruiters to identify, attract, and hire top talent for senior-level positions in the mortgage industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including CXO executives, to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
- Conduct market mapping and industry research to stay up-to-date on trends and developments in the mortgage sector.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.

Job Requirements :

- 6-15 years of experience in headhunting, leadership hiring, niche hiring, or senior-level executive search.
- Proven track record of success in recruiting for complex roles within the financial services industry (preferably).
- Solid understanding of the mortgage industry's dynamics, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage teams remotely.
