Position: Management Trainee - Chief of Staff

Location: Mumbai (Andheri)

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate all active growth projects led by the CGO, including tracking status, unblocking dependencies, and driving follow-through with functional owners.
- Manage front-end team and cross-functional coordination required for growth optimization initiatives across Marketing, E-commerce, DistaX, and CRM.
- Own and maintain the growth calendar, including planning, sequencing, and execution tracking of growth initiatives and campaigns.
- Shadow the CGO in key meetings and decisions to gain first-hand exposure to strategy, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Take ownership of individually assigned growth projects from planning through execution as a leadership-building opportunity.
- Support the CGO's external visibility by coordinating content, talking points, and platform presence to build subject-matter authority in growth and e-commerce.
- Source, interview, and manage interns supporting the Growth function.
- Review daily growth reports, identify key trends and issues, and prepare concise summaries for management review.

Must-Have Skills & Tools

- Solid proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking, analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to summarize data and updates concisely for senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and follow up with multiple stakeholders independently.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce / D2C business metrics, or the ability to learn quickly.

AI Tools & Modern Skill Sets

- Familiarity with AI meeting tools such as Otter.ai, Fireflies,



or Fathom to capture discussions and keep project trackers updated.
- Experience using ChatGPT / Claude for drafting and Canva AI for visuals to support the CGO's LinkedIn and thought-leadership presence.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted project and task management tools such as Notion AI, Asana AI, or equivalent tools.
- Basic prompt engineering skills and the ability to use AI for research, summarization, and first-draft content.
- Ability to use AI tools to synthesize daily team updates into concise management summaries.

Good to Have

- Prior internship or experience in Growth, Strategy, Consulting, or Startup Operations.
- Exposure to professional content and social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Strong interest in e-commerce, D2C, or cross-border commerce.

- First cohort of Growth interns successfully sourced and onboarded.
- Demonstrated readiness, based on CGO assessment, to take on a larger independent scope.
