Position Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across retail network. The role ensures seamless store operations, inventory accuracy, process compliance, customer

service excellence, and efficient coordination between stores and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Operations Management

• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices across all boutiques.

• Monitor daily retail operations to ensure consistency with brand standards.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Store Performance Support

• Partner with Store Managers to optimize operational performance.

• Track key operational KPIs and recommend corrective actions where necessary.

• Support stores in managing operational challenges and business continuity requirements.

Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

• Oversee inventory control processes to ensure stock accuracy and minimize shrinkage.

• Coordinate stock movements, replenishment activities, and inventory audits.





• Collaborate with logistics partners and regional teams to ensure timely product availability.

Vendor & Service Management

• Manage relationships with operational vendors, logistics providers, security agencies, and support

services.

• Monitor vendor performance and contractual compliance.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.

• Monitor operating costs and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Retail, Finance, HR, Facilities, IT, and Compliance teams.

• Support recent store openings, special events, and business expansion initiatives.
