- Manage showroom operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
- Oversee counter sales team performance and provide guidance on product knowledge and customer service standards.
- Ensure accurate recording of transactions using RSO software (Retail Sales Operations) system.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in financial reporting, including cash handling and reconciliation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in retail sales or related field (jewelry industry preferred).
- Solid understanding of jewelry products, including gold, silverware, gems, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
