Title : HR Operations Executive

Experience : 4+ yrs

CTC: 5 LPA
Job Location : Borivali, Mumbai

Required Skills:

- Managed end-to-end employee life cycle from onboarding to exit.
- Handled preparation and issuance of offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation and experience letters.
- Supervised HRMS operations, ensuring accurate employee data management and reporting.
- Managed payroll processing and ensured adherence to statutory compliance for smooth HR functioning.
- Attendance & leave management across location.
- Processing exit interview, full & final settlement.
- Supporting PMS / KRA review process half yearly / annually.
- Should be well versed with advance excel & SPINE HRMS experience will be preferred.
