- Manage Day to Day Trouble Shooting& Commissioning of VRV Sites of Channel Partners.
- Resolve site-related issues in coordination with dealers, customers, and engineers.
- Maintain commissioning records and documentation.
- Follow up with dealers for C4C system punching, warranty registration, and call closure.
- Ensure smooth coordination with Service and Project teams for successful execution.
Preferred candidate profile
- Sound technical knowledge of VRF systems& its commissioning;
- Customer-focused with the ability to handle multiple sites.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid reporting and presentation abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams, channel partners, dealers, and customers.
- Mechanical Engineering Degree/Diploma.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in VRF/VRV commissioning.
- Preferably below 38 years of age and based in Mumbai.
