Client & Relationship Management

- Develop solid relationships with senior executives across insurers, TPAs, healthcare organisations and insurance ecosystem partners.
- Engage with business, claims, operations, technology and transformation teams.
- Understand existing claims processes, pain points, operational challenges and business priorities.
- Become a trusted advisor rather than simply a technology salesperson.

AI Solution Identification

- Identify processes suitable for AI, automation, decision support and intelligent document processing.
- Spot opportunities for reducing claims leakage, improving adjudication accuracy, reducing TAT and increasing operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities across areas such as:
- Claims intake and digitisation
- Pre-authorisation
- Medical necessity
- Bill and tariff validation
- Overbilling detection
- Claims adjudication
- Fraud / anomaly identification
- Medical document intelligence
- Automated decision support
- Claims quality and leakage management

Solution Consulting

- Translate business requirements into solution concepts.
- Work with iAssist's product, AI and engineering teams to develop appropriate solutions.
- Participate in solution workshops, POCs, demonstrations and client presentations.
- Help define business cases and measurable outcomes for proposed solutions.
- Support preparation of proposals, RFP responses and commercial discussions.

Business Development

- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and prospective clients.
- Develop relationships with insurers, TPAs, hospitals and other ecosystem participants.
- Support the complete opportunity lifecycle from initial discussion through POC and commercialisation.
- Develop strategic relationships and identify potential partnerships.

Market & Industry Development





- Stay current with developments in insurance technology, AI, claims automation and healthcare technology.
- Identify emerging insurance problems that can potentially be addressed through AI.
- Bring new ideas and use cases to iAssist's product and leadership teams.

The ideal candidate would have 815 years of experience, with substantial exposure to one or more of:

- Health insurance claims
- Insurance operations

- Enterprise technology consulting

- B2B technology business development
- Strategic account management

Insurance claims experience is strongly preferred.

Candidates who have worked with insurers, TPAs or healthcare organisations and understand the practical challenges of claims operations will be particularly relevant.

Business understanding:



Ability to understand complex insurance processes and identify commercial opportunities.

Technology understanding: Comfortable discussing AI, ML, automation, APIs, data and digital platforms, without needing to write code.

Relationship building: Strong ability to establish credibility and build relationships with senior stakeholders.

Opportunity spotting: Naturally curious and able to identify opportunities beyond the immediate requirement presented by the client.

Out-of-the-box thinking: Willing to challenge conventional processes and think creatively about how AI can transform insurance operations.

Communication: Excellent presentation, storytelling, negotiation and consultative communication skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset: Comfortable working in a fast-growing company where roles are not rigidly defined and individuals are expected to take ownership.

Travel: Willing to travel extensively for client meetings, workshops, POCs and business development.

Ownership: Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities and drive initiatives to completion.

6. What is NOT Required

This is important for candidate screening:

- Deep programming expertise is not required.
- The candidate does not need to be a hands-on ML engineer.
- Coding will not be a primary responsibility.
- However, the candidate must be sufficiently technology-oriented to understand AI solutions and communicate effectively with technical teams and clients.
