Role & responsibilities
- Conduct surprise ATM audits and cash verification.
- Audit ATM, vault and cash-carrying vehicles.
- Check cash loading, denominations, cassette tagging and physical cash.
- Verify dual custody, documents, security systems and vault procedures.
- Audit CIT (Cash-in-Transit) activities and identify shortages.
- Report shortages, discrepancies and non-compliance to management.
- Prepare audit reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with Branch Managers, Route Leaders and Operations teams.
- Follow up for closure of audit issues/shortages.
- Train and guide junior auditors.
