- - About the Role
- - Kotak Life Insurance is looking for dynamic, ambitious and business-oriented professionals to join our Agency Partner Channel as Managing Partners (MPs).
- - As a Managing Partner, you will be responsible for building and managing your own network of Insurance Advisors/Agency Partners, driving business, developing talent, and achieving business targets.
- - This is an opportunity for professionals who enjoy people management, networking, sales and business development and want to build a long-term career in the BFSI industry.
- - Key Responsibilities
- - * Recruit, onboard and develop Insurance Advisors / Agency Partners.
- * Build and manage a productive advisor network.
- * Coach and mentor advisors to improve their business performance.
- * Drive business through the advisor network and achieve assigned targets.
- * Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
- * Maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.
- * Monitor team performance and take corrective actions where required.
- * Work closely with branch leadership to achieve business objectives.




- * Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- - Candidate Profile
- - * Graduate in any discipline.
- * 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, recruitment, relationship management, agency/channel management or similar roles.
- * Candidates from Life Insurance, General Insurance, Banking, BFSI, Recruitment, FMCG, Telecom, EdTech, Direct Sales and other target-driven industries are welcome.
- * Strong communication, networking and interpersonal skills.
- * Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- * Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- * Experience in advisor/agent recruitment or team handling will be an added advantage.
