- Lead end-to-end production operations, ensuring output targets are met within cost, quality, and timeline parameters
- Plan and monitor production schedules
- Ensure strict compliance with EHS (Setting, Health & Safety) norms and regulatory
Required Candidate profile
- BE/B.Tech in Production, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline (mandatory)
- MBA preferred
- 10–15 years of experience in production
- Strong knowledge of batch manufacturing processes
