- 6+ years of experience in Infrastructure / Middleware / Production Support.
- Solid hands-on experience with Solace and IBM MQ.
- Good working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Proven experience supporting business-critical production environments.
- Experience with incident management, problem management and RCA.
- Experience in middleware monitoring, upgrades, deployments and testing.
- Strong understanding of messaging and middleware infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a 247 production support environment.
