*Role:* Senior Phlebotomy Operations

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Manage and monitor *250+ Phlebotomists* across the city.

* Handle and guide *5 Team Leaders* managing the phlebotomy team.

* Monitor daily attendance, productivity, performance, and service quality.

* Ensure timely customer visits and smooth sample collection operations.

* Handle operational issues and escalations related to phlebotomists.

* Conduct daily/weekly performance reviews with Team Leaders.

* Identify manpower requirements and ensure proper team deployment.

* Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and quality standards.

* Prepare daily/weekly MIS and share performance updates with management.

*Shift:* Early morning login from home; report to office by *10:00 AM*.

*Week Off:* Rotational

*Qualification:* Graduate preferred

*Experience:* Experience in team handling/field operations/phlebotomy operations preferred.
