Requirements

- 6-8 years SAP (additional functional experience of 3-4 years will be added advantage)

Responsibilities

- Primary PoC (point of contact) for enhancements and support in and around SAP FICO.
- Supporting SAP application by troubleshooting and resolving quickly, effectively or escalating if necessary around master data and business processes related to Finalization of accounts, Financial statements, Asset management, Depreciation, Commercial Direct /Indirect taxes /levies /duties and Profit & cost centre accounting.
- Leads support team related to above associated business processes.
- Drive and manage projects (big/small) effectively towards completion in time, using resources judiciously and effectively and high productivity. Plan implementations with least calculated risks with mitigation/rollback/alternative plans.



Apprising all stakeholders especially reporting head regularly and escalating (if necessary).
- Maintains all proper documents related to project in accepted formats as per known standards.
- Handling over of the enhancement /project to support team with KT.
- Leads enhancement and project team related to above associated business processes.
- Training team and end users.
- Testing of changes.
- Does business process study with the help of business team. Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. Draft RFP and RFQs, evaluate partners & various solutions offerings from vendors.
