Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong understanding of real estate branding and marketing. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality digital and print creatives, advertising campaigns, marketing collaterals, presentations, and brand communication across various real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts and designs for real estate projects, campaigns, and corporate communication.
- Design digital ads, social media creatives, brochures, flyers, hoardings, standees, banners, presentations, and other collaterals.
- Create visual communication for project launches, events, sales, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Content teams to understand briefs and deliver effective creatives.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, typography, colours, imagery, and visual language.
- Adapt designs across digital, print, outdoor, and social media formats.
- Ensure all artworks are print-ready and meet production specifications.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with vendors, printers, photographers, and creative agencies when required.
- Contribute creative ideas to brand and campaign strategy.

Real Estate Experience Preferred

- Experience in real estate, property marketing, architecture, hospitality, advertising, or branding is preferred.
- Good understanding of real estate brochures, amenities, floor plans,



connectivity maps, hoardings, digital campaigns, and sales collaterals.
- Ability to understand a project's USP, positioning, and target audience and translate them into strong visual communication.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign

- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work across premium/luxury and contemporary design styles.
- Strong time management and ability to work under deadlines.

Added Advantage

Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics will be an advantage.

Experience with:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Animate
- CapCut or similar tools

Ability to create reels, short-form videos, motion graphics, animated ads, and campaign videos will be an added advantage.

Experience & Education

47 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate, advertising, branding, or marketing agencies.

A degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
