Overview

We are seeking a Sr.Manager Social Media & Content to drive organic growth and engagement across our Beauty, Fashion, Luxury, and Skincare portfolios. You will lead daily content execution, influencer partnerships, team operations, and channel analytics to boost brand presence and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Content & Strategy: Plan and execute campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube. Capitalize on viral trends and report monthly on reach, engagement, and growth.
- Influencer Marketing: Source, negotiate, and brief content creators within budget. Track campaign performance and ROI.
- Operations & Leadership: Lead the social media team, manage content timelines, host creative brainstorms, and align with Brand and Category teams on key commercial goals.

Requirements

- 7-9 years in social media, content strategy, and influencer management.
- Experience in E-commerce, Beauty, Fashion, or Luxury preferred.
- Robust grip on both paid and organic performance metrics.
- Proven team management and cross-functional communication skills.
