Join our growing team and be part of a brand thats shaping the future of the Indian bathware industry.Position OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Sales Executive / Sales Executive to join our Bathware Division.The ideal candidate should have a strong background in channel sales, dealer/distributor management, preferably within the building materials, bathware, or plumbing industry.Key Responsibilities

- Drive primary & secondary sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets in the assigned territory.
- Manage and grow dealer & distributor networks effectively.
- Identify and appoint new channel partners to expand market coverage.




- Build and nurture strong business relationships with channel partners and influencers.
- Conduct regular market visits for business development and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, collections, and after-sales service.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Education: MBA / Graduate (MBA Preferred)
- Experience: 58 years of relevant sales experience in bathware / building materials preferred. Freshers with strong drive are also welcome.
- Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth and managing channel partners.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork.
