The Finance Manager will own project-level fund flow and banking relationships across Diwakar's SPV portfolio, and will support financial closure, lender coordination, and covenant compliance for new and existing project debt.
Required Candidate profile
• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) with 5–8 years of experience in project finance, treasury, or fund management.
• Solid financial analysis, reporting, and documentation skills
