Urgent opening for the profile of Accounts Executive (GST & TDS Compliance) at location Lower Parel.

Required Experience: 3- 5 years

Required Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent commerce degree;

Inter-CA or CA-article ship exposure will be added advantage

Work time: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (or as demanded by circumstances of business)

Weekly off: Sunday and 2nd & 4th Saturday

Age:26-30 years

About Company: Manufactures of Handmade combs and Hair Brushes & Hair Accessories.

Job Description:

* GST return preparation: Prepare and cross-check monthly GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B data in Tally for 3 companies, identify errors/mismatches, and correct them before sending the data to the CA.

* GST filing coordination: Work closely with the CA to ensure GST returns are filed on time. The company expects an internal deadline of the 8th for GSTR-1 and 17th for GSTR-3B, giving some buffer before the statutory deadlines.

* TDS compliance: Extract TDS information from Tally, prepare the monthly TDS statement, get the final amounts approved by the Accounts Head/CA, and make the online TDS payment by the 7th.

* E-invoicing: Monitor sales invoices, credit notes,



and debit notes and ensure applicable documents are reported as e-invoices within the required 30-day period.

* Compliance tracking: Maintain a systematic GST/TDS calendar or filing tracker and escalate discrepancies, missing information, or delays.

* CA coordination: Be the primary person dealing with the CA(s) for routine GST/TDS compliance questions across all three companies.
