Position: QC & Production Supervisor Inks / Specialty & Security Inks
Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai / Bhiwandi, Thane
Experience: 2-6 years (Inks / Paints / Coatings mandatory)

We are hiring a skilled QC & Production professional to manage raw material testing, in-process & final QC, and daily production supervision for Offset, UV, Flexo, Specialty & Security inks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Test RM, In-Process & FG batches (shade, strength, viscosity, rheology, grind, gloss, tack, adhesion)
- Supervise production mixing, dispersion, filtration, packing & SOP adherence
- Ensure batch consistency, documentation & ISO compliance
- Support formulation adjustments and technical trials
- Coordinate with PPC, Production, Purchase & Dispatch

What Were Looking For:

- Strong ink QC or production background
- Hands-on experience with QC instruments
- Knowledge of Offset, UV, Flexo, WB/UV coatings (any combination acceptable; more is preferred).
- Valuable documentation habits & production discipline
- A Male Candidate will be preferred.
