- Manage bulk hiring campaigns for various clients across BFSI, BPO, and non-IT industries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their staffing requirements and preferences.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify top talent pools.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or human resource consulting.
- Solid understanding of BFSI recruitment, BPO hiring, and non-IT recruitment practices.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale bulk hiring projects with multiple priorities.
