Role & responsibilities

- Outbound Policy Renewals: Connect with existing health, motor, or corporate insurance policyholders before expiry to close timely renewals.
- Objection Handling: Address customer complaints, justify premium pricing, resolve queries, and explain coverage enhancements to minimize churn.
- Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify gaps in the customers existing coverage and propose top-ups, riders, or complementary insurance lines.
- Target Achievement: Secure daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) focused on persistency ratio and overall renewal revenue.
