Roles and Responsibilities:
- Giving Product Demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use & provide a Delightful Customer Experience
- Communicate with customers regarding service activities, explain repairs,
and provide usage guidance.
- Perform calibration & testing post-repairs to ensure equipment functionality
- Record service activities, parts used, and time spent; provide reports to internal teams or customers.
- Coordinating and facilitating a smooth flow of communication within the internal teams
- Build and maintain relationships and rapport with customers to get an opportunity to sell Accessories / Consumables and get a chance to earn an incentive (NO Targets).
