- We are looking for an experienced SAP MDM Team Lead to lead the design, implementation, and support of Master Data Management solutions.
- The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in SAP MDM/MDG, data governance, data quality, data migration, and stakeholder management, along with the ability to lead MDM projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of SAP MDM/MDG solutions.
- Guide the team in creating and configuring MDM repositories and defining data models.
- Establish and monitor data quality rules to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Lead data governance initiatives and ensure adherence to defined policies, procedures, and standards.
- Plan and oversee data migration activities, including mapping, cleansing, and validation.
- Work closely with business users, IT teams,



and key stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Lead resolution of complex MDM and data-quality issues.
- Ensure seamless integration of MDM solutions with relevant SAP systems.
- Monitor data quality and implement corrective actions wherever required.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members and end users.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation covering MDM processes, configurations, and procedures.
- Manage project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure successful completion of MDM initiatives.
- Stay updated with SAP MDM/MDG technologies, tools, and best practices.
