- We are seeking a Technical Analyst with 2-3 years of experience in the software industry, specializing in AI-driven solutions and software development.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices is required.
- Hands-on experience in AI Agents, Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, and automation workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Support end-to-end software development, integration, testing, deployment, and production releases with the vendor.
- Experience with APIs, cloud platforms, databases, and modern application architectures is preferred.
- Analyse technical challenges, perform solution design, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Work closely with development, QA, product, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Robust problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills are essential.
- Work experience with Life Science and CRO industry would be helpful but not mandatory.
