1. Responsible for product service development and feature addition in existing India Private Line Services product suite.

2. Responsible for driving Segment specific business for India Private Line services.

3. Maintain track sales funnel and coordinate with capacity planning team to ensure capacity management to meet growing customer needs

4. Interface with Service delivery team for increasing operational efficiencies in SD WIP process for faster O2C realization.

5. End to end business process development and roll out of services according to plan and adhering to NPI/PCR process.

6. Funnel analysis, Churn control for specific segment.

7. Identify problems, conduct detailed analysis and provide updates, develop and/or modifies processes related to products lifecycle management

8. Co-ordinate with Engineering Service assurance team for critical customer escalation resolution

9. Developing Implementing Segment specific product GTM strategy

Training Periodic training to sales, solutions commercial ops on product updates, new technology rollouts, etc.

11. Responsible for driving marketing campaign/ promo offers in the market.

12. MIS responsibility and product dashboard preparation for various business KPIs

- Education: Graduate in Engineering/Post-Graduate in Management
- Experience: 8-10 years in product management, telecommunication engineering
