- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in secured loan products such as business loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and personal loans.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, improve customer acquisition rates, and enhance revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, resolve customer issues, and optimize processes for improved efficiency.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal data to inform strategic decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in secured loan products like business loans, LAP loans, Mortgage loans etc.
- Robust understanding of financial markets, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy execution.
