Job Summary:
Drive Finance Process Transformation initiatives with AI use case identification & design exposure
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strong Finance Process Transformation expertise with AI use case identification & design exposure in OTC / PTP / RTR (incl. FA)
- Agentic AI Design & Delivery:Hands-on designing and deploying agentic / GenAI-powered solutions; experience working in design/development teams/pods with other FDEs and AI/Data experts
- FInance AI Solution Architecting:Translate Finance requirements into specs for dev/engineering teams; bridge Finance SMEs and technical developers
- AI Fluency:LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, LangChain / AutoGen; evaluate AI model outputs for Finance use cases
- Automation & Integration design exposure with value case development experience
- Ability to use Low-Code / No-Code platforms in design/development phases of Finance AI programs
- Understanding of API middleware (MuleSoft / Azure Integration Services) frameworks/architectures
- Tower-level Finance expertise:2+ towers preferred (OTC, PTP, RTR)
