- Manage and drive Home Loan business for the assigned branch.
- Lead, mentor and manage the RM/SA sales team.
- Achieve monthly login, sanction and disbursement targets.
- Drive sourcing through DSA, DST, connectors, referrals and other channels.
- Build robust relationships with customers and business partners.
- Monitor team performance, productivity and sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with Credit & Operations for timely case closure.
- Prior experience in HL/LAP/Mortgage/NBFC/Banking preferred.
