Role & responsibilities

Primary Skills:

- Hands-on experience in designing and developing Java based applications or other web technologies
- Decent knowledge of automation frameworks - Python, RPA, Scripting and ability to develop utility programs for identified automation use cases
- Has knowledge of integration with ServiceNow, APM (Monitoring) tools and APIs of custom Applns
- Has good understanding of RUN stream activities in ticketing and monitoring scope for Application landscape (not infra)
- Has the ability to assess and evaluate customer provided platform and architecture and propose how to integrate our assets (BOTS/Agents/integration APIs) into their architecture
- Positive understanding of AM estimation and ability to come up with an ROI & BCase for use cases




- Ability to create design documents & specifications for workflows and automate the same
- Ability to manage and respond to deployment challenges with customer app landscape
- Knowledge of GenAI & Agentic play with Azure or AWS platform

Soft Skills:

- Experience in creating technical solution presentations, POCs & demos to customers & internal stakeholders
- Working with multiple teams spread across diverse geographies
- Ability to work with teams in creating automation BOTs, Agents, assets / POCs as per the preferred technology stack
