- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, evaluating, coordinating interviews, and closing the positions.
- Hire for roles across various verticals, including Equity Advisors, Relationship Managers, etc.
- Build and maintain solid talent pipelines through market mapping, networking, and passive sourcing.
- Use hiring tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases effectively.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and provide market
- insights and hiring strategies.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience and timely communication throughout the process.
- Track and maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS, and weekly hiring updates.
- Collaborate with HR team for offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and background verification inputs.
- Understanding of roles within broking industry.
- Experience hiring both volume and niche positions.
