Role & Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain wireless network infrastructure ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability.

- Collaborate with architecture, tooling, and deployment teams to support and validate production readiness of new network implementations.

- Design, implement, and optimize WLAN using technologies such as 802.11ac/802.11ax and Mist Wireless Controllers.

- Monitor network performance, analyze issues, and drive improvements using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Netbox.

- Automate routine operational tasks through scripting (Python, Bash, Perl) to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

- Conduct RF design reviews, spectrum analysis, and wireless site surveys to ensure optimal performance.

- Troubleshoot complex wireless and network issues (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, IPv6, VPN, Routing & Switching).





- Work closely with SMEs and cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and deliver proactive network health improvements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 913 years of experience in Wireless Network SRE or Network Operations roles.

- Solid hands-on experience with wireless technologies (802.11ac/ax, Mist, Juniper).

- Deep understanding of RF design, interference mitigation, and WLAN security (Radius, EAP, 802.1X).

- Solid networking fundamentals – TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, BGP, VPN, Routing, Switching.

- Proven skills in automation and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Netbox, Netdisco).

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-availability environments.
