We are looking for a passionate and driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves generating leads across domestic and international markets, engaging with prospective clients, coordinating internally, and ensuring a seamless experience from the first conversation through order execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current business leads through cold calling, email outreach, online research, and other lead-generation activities.
- Identify and connect with potential domestic and international customers.
- Understand customer requirements and generate genuine interest in our products/solutions.
- Schedule meetings between interested prospects and the internal sales/business team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and keep lead status updated.
- Once a lead converts into an active order, act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for the customer.
- Coordinate closely with Plant Production, Planning,



Dispatch, and other internal teams to ensure orders are executed as per the customer requirement and invoice.
- Track order status and proactively communicate updates, delays, or issues to the customer.
- Ensure timely shipment/delivery and closure of customer orders.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, orders, and customer communication.
- Build strong and professional relationships with customers and contribute towards repeat business.

What Were Looking For

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills this is critical for the role.
- Comfortable speaking with customers across India and international markets.
- Confident, energetic, persistent, and comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups.
- Strong customer orientation with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Good coordination and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work closely with multiple internal teams and follow through until execution.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office will be an advantage.
- Freshers with the right attitude, passion, confidence, and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
