- Plan, coordinate, and execute field trial tests for metallurgical products (Ferro Alloys).
- Work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to set up trials and collect real-time data.
- Analyze test results, prepare reports, and provide feedback for product improvement.
- Troubleshoot issues arising during field trials and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure proper documentation of test procedures, results, and observations.
- Stay updated on industry standards and ensure compliance with testing protocols.
- Train and assist customers or production teams in product application and performance evaluation.

- Education & Exp: 2 5 Year Experience
- Education: Diploma/Bachelor's in Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in metallurgy, ferro alloys, metal processing, or field testing.

- Preferable skills:
- Knowledge of ferro alloys, metal powders,



Melting & Casting, or heat treatment processes.
- Experience with testing equipment such as furnaces, hardness testers, microscopes, or XRD.
- Familiarity with metallurgy-related software (e.g., Xpert HighScore, ImageJ, Plot Digitizer).

- Soft Skills:
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently in field environments.

- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Melting & Casting of Ferro Alloys, powder metallurgy, additive manufacturing, or casting processes.
- Understanding of failure analysis and material characterization techniques.
- Willingness to travel for field trials and customer site visits.
