Position : Accounts Manager

Job Description:

Accounting & Financial Management

- Independently handle end-to-end accounting operations and bookkeeping.
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Bank Reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial controls.

GST & Statutory Compliance

- Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST returns.
- Handle GST reconciliations, input tax credit verification, and compliance-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with TDS, PF, ESIC, Skilled Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulatory requirements.

Audit & Financial Controls

- Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors.
- Prepare schedules, reconciliations,



and supporting documents for audits.
- Resolve audit observations and queries in a timely manner.
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies.

MIS & Reporting

- Prepare periodic MIS reports, financial analysis, and management reports.
- Provide accurate financial data and insights to support business decisions.
- Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Generate reports on profitability, expenses, receivables, and cash flow.

Team & Process Management

- Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Streamline accounting processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records.
