- Provide legal support to the real estate team by drafting agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Conduct due diligence on land acquisitions and property transactions to identify potential risks and liabilities.
- Assist in resolving disputes between clients, vendors, or partners through negotiation or litigation as needed.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategies for risk mitigation and dispute resolution.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience as a Legal Associate in real estate law.
- Solid skills in contract review, drafting agreements, and legal drafting.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and analysis of complex legal issues related to real estate transactions.
