AM / Service Manager West | Commercial Dishwashers

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and lead a team of service engineers/technicians across the West region.

Manage installation, commissioning, breakdown and preventive maintenance of commercial dishwashers.

Allocate service calls and monitor team performance, productivity and TAT.

Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.

Coordinate with Sales and Spare Parts teams.

Conduct technical training and performance reviews for the service team.

Monitor service KPIs, repeat complaints and machine uptime.

Travel across the West region as required.
