Role & responsibilities :

Quality & Food Safety: Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, hygiene, food-safety, and internal quality standards.

- Cost & Productivity: Drive productivity, yield improvement, waste reduction, OEE improvement, and manufacturing cost optimisation.
- People Management: Build, lead, and develop production, quality, maintenance, warehouse, and plant-support teams.
- Process Improvement: Establish SOPs, systems, KPIs, and continuous-improvement initiatives to create scalable manufacturing processes.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain statutory compliance, occupational safety, fire safety, environmental standards, and plant documentation.

Preferred candidate profile : 2-7 years experience in QA/ QC roles in Food Processing industry
