Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST
Employment: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
* Support sales campaign & client outreach initiatives
* Understand US IT job requirements and technologies
* Screen & match candidate profiles with client requirements
* Coordinate with recruiters, candidates & clients
* Ensure accurate submissions, follow-ups & timely communication
Requirements:
* 2–4 years of relevant US IT Staffing experience
* Strong verbal & written communication
* Good understanding of US IT recruitment/staffing
* Strong JD reading, profile screening & requirement-matching skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Comfortable working in a quick-paced US night-shift environment
